Thor shows Creed and Logan to their cells. (Separate cells. Emphatically separate.)

"Baby," he says, "give them what they require, within reason, but no luxuries."

Baby's a pretty cushy place, even with that. But good luck getting beers and favorite movies; Thor feels they can both stand to be bored a bit.

He does add one dry addition: "Unless they would like a pell, for more productive exercise."

(There are so, so many times at Milliways that Thor can all but feel his parents and his past teachers laughing at him. This one is nearly a quote.)

Anyway: "Keep their cells blocked from each other for vision or sound. If they request otherwise, well enough, but of your courtesy block them out again if they can't be civil."

So he's not figuring on a lot of conversation happening, here.

To the prisoners, he adds, "I will confer with Lady X on the rest of your sentence. Would you have me leave any notes with Bar?"

Once all of that is settled, he'll leave a note for the rest of Security, and go seek out Baze and then X. Meanwhile, Logan and Creed can cool their heels for a while, and see who shows up to visit.

There's no one Logan needs to leave a note for. The only person who would have any real interest in him being here either already knows, or she will soon enough.

When Cassian had come in, he'd noticed the traces of the fight and at the counter asked who was involved.

He remembers Logan and visiting him is an excuse to see the cells.

The painkillers are helping but he's still holding himself stiffly when he enters the Security office, noticing the set up and then the cell walls, "Logan?"

He's still wound up, agitated, pacing the back of the cell. He doesn't stop when he senses someone on the approach, just tracks the man as he gets nearer.

"What?" he growls.

He watches Logan's pacing, this is a different side of the Logan he met before and finds it unsettling how he can't see a door in the cell,

"How long are you being held? Do they tell you?"

"Couple'a days for now. That could change." His aggravation is clear, but otherwise it doesn't seem to phase him much.

"What'd you get into?" Yeah, he's noticed how Cassian is holding himself, and maybe even smell the injury on him, too.

"Bar fight. How long could they hold you?"

Indefinite cell time is what he expects on the other side of his door, he thought Milliways was meant to be fairer. Its true, he was beat up in a cantina.

He snorts on that, pacing away. "You start it? Or didja end it?"

As for how long they can hold him, "Long as I let 'em."

Because despite the magic bullshit and whatever, Logan still feels he's here of his own accord. He'll serve time for trying to kill Creed, but if Milliways tries to push it beyond what he's willing to tolerate, Logan will push back.

He shakes his head as neither of those happened, he did his best to get out without too much damage, "Ended up in it."

Logan's reaction is surprising and Cassian likes it, "Good."

Jay gets a message from the bar and makes his way down to the cells, a little green egg shape perched on his shoulder.

"Hey man. You Logan?"

Does X come by before Thor and she have a discussion about these events?

Who can really say?

Regardless, she first asks Baby to block sight and sound of Logan's cell from Creed's, then settles into a chair and stares at her brother.

Unblinking.

And after talking to Logan, X asks that his cell be blocked from having sight and sound from Creed's, and she shifts her chair just a little further down the hallway.

Her staring game is back.

She's very good at it.

He's just going to lie on the bed provided him and try to chill out for a few days. Company is welcome, if anyone actually wants to talk to him.

"Thought you might show up."

This from the bed in his cell.

X does not sigh.

Really.

"I told you. Outside is better. For this."

He sits up to look at her.

"Wasn't really the opportunity."

"You are not stupid."

X just looks at him.

"Next time make one."

They both know there will be a next time.

"You know what it's like between us. We're not gonna just say, hold on, let's go outside first."

His tone may be slightly mocking.

X tilts her head, studying him carefully.

"Why?"

Beat.

"You are not children."

"Rage."

In other words, while they may not be children, they might be cavemen.

X does not roll her eyes.

"We will work on meditation."

"I already know how to meditate." It doesn't always do much, but he tries to calm the beast now and then.

"You can be better. Five minutes is enough to get outside."

She just looks at him.

"It is part of your sentence. For fighting."

Be glad she is not going to bring juice and cookies and a cheerfully-patterned blanket like she does for Moriarty.

Seriously? "Meditating? What kinda show you running here?"

"One where I am trying to annoy you."

She does not smile, because her face is not built that way.

"And make other people safer. It is my job."

He grunts. "Well, it's working." The annoying part.

"That it, then? Two days and meditating?"
